FLOWHere is an overview of the process from initial consultation to resolution. Initial consultation: 30 minutes for JPY 5,500 (tax included). We will listen to your situation and clearly explain the outlook and fees.
Please contact us by phone or through the inquiry form. If you call, our staff will first ask about the outline of your matter and explain how we can help.
If you use the form, we will review your inquiry and respond by email or phone. We will schedule a consultation date based on your situation.
An attorney will speak with you directly. In addition to in-person meetings at our Yoyogi office, we also offer online consultations. We can adjust the schedule to suit your availability.
We will explain the approach and fee outlook in plain language, avoiding legal jargon as much as possible. Please bring any relevant documents if available.
If you wish to formally retain us after the consultation, we will proceed with the engagement agreement. We will always explain the terms and fees in advance, and finalize the agreement only after you are fully satisfied.
* If your matter is resolved through the consultation alone, no further steps are needed.
After the engagement, your assigned attorney will proceed with negotiations, court procedures, and other concrete actions. We aim for an early resolution while carefully confirming your wishes. Even when the process takes time, we will keep you updated on progress and reasons.
Once your matter is resolved, our representation concludes. We will return all documents entrusted to us, and strict confidentiality of your consultation will be maintained. If you have any future concerns, please feel free to contact us anytime.
